Terms of Service

By using Chipless (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Chipless is a free tool for playing Poker and Blackjack with friends and tracking chips. It is for entertainment only.

Chipless does not handle real money, take bets, pay out winnings or offer prizes. Chips in the app have no monetary value. If you and your friends choose to play for money, that is your own arrangement and responsibility, and you must follow the laws where you live. Don't use Chipless for illegal gambling.

You agree not to:

• break, overload or interfere with the Service or its servers;
• try to get around its security or access other people's tables or data;
• use automated tools to scrape the site or flood it with requests;
• use names or messages that are unlawful, hateful or harass others.

We may remove tables or block access if the Service is being misused.

Local games, players, history and settings are stored in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and we can't recover them.

Online tables use anonymous sign-in. Table data is shared with the players at that table, and idle tables are deleted automatically. Don't put personal or sensitive information in player names. We use basic, anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used.

The Service is provided as it is, and features may change or stop at any time. Online play depends on internet access and third-party services, so we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Chipless and its creators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost games, chips or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
